Cluj-based SC Hold Comert will invest 3 million dollars in the construction of a hotel exclusively destined to businessmen. Situated on the former site of sweets factory Feleacul, the hotel will be ranked at four-stars, the total constructed area standing at a total of 4,000 square metres. "We will initially have 50 rooms, including four suites, and next year we will build another 35 rooms," stated Calin Buzoianu, general manager of Hold Comert. The builder considers that the first part of works will be finalised in March 2005. The owners have opted for a classical architectural style. Being exclusively destined for businessmen, the hotel will also have a conference hall. "We will offer our customers all sorts of facilities. We will build a gym, a sauna, a massage parlour, a pool and an underground car park," said the Hold Comert manager. ZF
