RomTelecom shareholders will soon meet to discuss the situation at the company's mobile telephone unit Cosmorom, Communications minister Dan Nica (photo) said yesterday. "We will soon have the shareholders' meeting, where we will discuss the matter," Nica said. He added that he had not received the Deutsche Bank report on the situation at Cosmorom, which will help RomTelecom's shareholders to come to a decision. Greek group OTE, the main shareholder of RomTelecom, announced officially, at the beginning of October, that it would stop investing in Cosmorom. ZF
