The RomTelecom Board has endorsed the company's annual financial reports on Monday, including losses worth 76 million euros related to the mobile telephony division Cosmorom, Greek group OTE (RomTelecom's main shareholder) has said. According to the preliminary results disclosed by RomTelecom at the end of April, the fixed telephony operator logged net losses worth 64.6 million euros last year, up 38.9% as compared to 2001. Revenues stood at 948.8 million euros, down 0.7% since the previous year. ZF
