Insurance broker AON outsources 58 positions from France

Insurance broker AON intends to relocate some of its administrative activities of its European centres to Romania. This is the first outsourcing move made by a player in the insurance field, a method usually employed by IT sector. "We decided to restructure the activity of AON France and outsource some positions at our office in Angouleme, France, to Romania. We are talking about administrative positions, as we want to create a platform for our operations in Europe here, and France is the first country included in this project," Nienke Groen, AON's communication manager for Europe, told ZF. According to the French daily Les Echos, at the last meeting of the Board of Directors, AON France representatives came up with a restructuring project, entailing the outsourcing of 58 positions to Romania.
