Developers on the residential segment have started to offer prices for new projects, of less than 800 euros per square built metre, compared to prices of more than 1,000 euros/square metre that prevailed in their previous offers. The most recently announced project of this kind is located in the Pipera-Tunari area, known for projects aimed at the upper segment of the residential market. The project, consisting of a 6-villa complex, is being developed by an individual entrepreneur, and requires a 1.8 million euro investment, according to real estate company Regatta. The price of a house in this project stands at 300,000 euros. The surface area of each house is 290 square metres in addition to a 400 square metre plot of land. Considering the price of land in the area stands at around 200 euros/square metre, the final price of the residential project will be about 760 euros/square metre built. ZF
