Rompetrol Rafinare, the main company in the Rompetrol petroleum group, will buy the entire stake of Rompetrol Downstream at the price set by the evaluator of $112.6 million (85 million euros), Dinu Patriciu, chairman and main shareholder of the group, told Ziarul Financiar. The solution for the takeover of the Rompetrol filling stations by Petromidia and the price were both decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at the end of last week. According to Patriciu, Rompetrol Rafinare's acquisition of Rompetrol Downstream will be completed by the end of the year. "The buying of all Rompetrol Downstream's shares by Rompetrol Rafinare at the price set by the evaluator was approved unanimously," Patriciu said. ZF
