Real estate group, Pro Confort, controlled by Negoita brothers, will take out a 7 million-euro loan from Finansbank to fund the business of Pro Hotels. One of Pro Confort's biggest projects is the construction of a hotel that will cost an estimated 30 million euros. The 11-floor hotel complex will be erected close to the car market in the Vitan district of Bucharest and has 1,000 rooms, rated as 3,4, or 5-stars. Additionally, Pro Confort will invest 30 million euros in the building of a residential complex that covers a surface area of some 70,000 square metres in the Pipera district, in the Northern part of the Capital. Confort Residence complex will comprise 235 villas and 60 flats arranged in two blocks and is scheduled for completion in the summer. The Pro Confort Group includes Pro Hotels, which specialises in hotels and Pro Confort, which imports and sells carpets, linoleum, and adhesives and is also involved in the business of PVC trim, thermo-insulating glass and construction.
