Pro Confort, a hotel and carpet company owned and developed by Ionut and Robert Negoita, plans to implement two real estate projects in Bucharest worth 40 million euros. "The first project will be in Pipera, where we bought 7 hectares. It will have 200 houses ranging from 120 square metres to 320 square metres, a building with 180 apartments and a commercial centre," said Ionut Negoita, the Pro Confort chairman. He estimates the project will be worth 25 million euros and that works will begin in the next three months. The next three months will also see the company start works on another residential project, in the Vitan area of Bucharest, where they have over 3 hectares of land. "We will develop a residential area with apartment blocks in Vitan," Ionut Negoita said. Pro Confort has an annual turnover of 12 million euros. ZF
