Shares of the Tourism Development Fund Sighisoara SA (FDTS), the company established in order to build Dracula Park, will be listed on the RASDAQ market only after all the procedures for authorising the park's construction in Snagov are finalised. "A company whose core activity and shareholding structure are changing as we speak cannot be listed on the market. It will be floated after all contracts are sealed, after the feasibility study is presented, the construction permits are issued and all the other administrative problems are solved. I think these operations may take a couple of months," Sorin Marica, chairman of the FDTS Board told Ziarul Financiar. ZF
