PVC piping manufacturer Rehau Polymer SRL,
the local branch of the German construction supplies group, has budgeted for a 15% growth in turnover next year, company officials announced. "We will probably slightly exceed the planned 20%,
firstly because the thermopane glass market has increased, and secondly due to our introduction of new products for industrial use," Emil Pop, the general manager of the local Rehau Polymer branch told Ziarul Financiar. The company will come to post turnover of more than 31 million euros this year. Rehau has been operating on the domestic market since 1996 and has so far invested nearly
13 million euros. It opened a PVC and polyethylene piping factory in Sibiu in 2003, following a 5.5 million euro investment. The factory in Sibiu supplies
products on the both the domestic and foreign markets, such as Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine
and Greece. ZF
