01.06.2006, 00:00 5

The German company Ruwel AG estimates sales worth 30-50 million euros for next year, according to the chairman of the company''s Board of Directors, Wilfried Sehner. Ruwel will start building a plant in the Tetarom industrial park in 60 days at most, which will manufacture components for the automotive industry for customers such as Siemens, Bosch and Yazaki. "In a first stage, we will focus on building the plant and in parallel we will recruit personnel. All those we will hire will be trained in Ruwel''s plants in Germany so that they could be ready to start work by the beginning of 2007, when production will start in Cluj," Wilfried Sehner added. The company will hire some 600 people in 2007, 200 of which Wilfried Sehner thinks will work at the research institute that Ruwel is to build in Cluj. As for the investments announced, the management of Ruwel says the project will continue in the same way proposed last year. ZF
