What it takes to be an entrepreneur: courage, flair, optimism

They are brave, passionate, hard-working, lucky, ambitious,optimistic and have a flair for business; they think long-term,sense the opportunities, devote all their time to developing thebusiness, are stress-resistant, achieve the impossible, and can berecognised from an early age - those are some of thecharacteristics of a successful entrepreneur.

For businessman Florin Andronescu, founder of Flanco and ofCredisson, whose sale brought him 20 million euros, courage is themain feature of an entrepreneur capable of building a successfulbusiness.

"Courage is an entrepreneur's main attribute because they needto start a journey without knowing what to expect, even if theyhave a pre-established plan. They also need confidence, a dose ofluck, and perhaps flair. Then you learn as you go along, both fromyour own experiences, and from others, and even from collaborationwith employees," says Andronescu, who is currently businessdeveloper of the private medical services business Sanador, whosemain investor he is.
