Autorom, the general importer of Mercedes, Chrysler and Jeep on the Romanian market, sold 1,102 cars in H1, 2003, the same as in the year-ago period, according to a company release. The best-selling models were the light commercial vehicles - 373 units, up 18.4% since January-June 2002. For this segment, Autorom holds 14.9% of the import market.
