GBR Auto, the only distributor of Dyson Airblade hand driers inRomania, has so far installed 100 such devices and intends to reachover 250 units sold by the end of the year and revenues of 250 to300,000 euros.
GBR Auto's clients include the Hilton hotel, the Dacia plant,Bordello's pub in Bucharest's Old Centre, Băneasa Shopping City,Europe House office building, Continental Automotive, MichelinRomania, according to company data.
Teo Păduraru, who used to be a shareholder of Best Computers,Best Distribution and Kingwich, says he is holding talks withfacility management companies for them to rent out the hand dryers,which would mean a lower cost for the end user. Starting in thesecond half of this year, GBR Auto will also distribute Dysonvacuum cleaners in Romania. According to the company's website, theprice of a vacuum cleaner starts from 219 euros and can reach up to600 euros.
