Cargo and courier service company Curiero, estimates a turnover ranging from 8.5 to 10 million euros, more than double the 3.7 million euro turnover in 2005. "We have a 10 million-euro target, but our turnover may not top 8.5 million euros," said Bogdan Carcu, manager of Curiero. In the first six months, the company logged a turnover worth 3 million euros. The segment of private postal services is set to achieve the largest growth, with the business volume being estimated at 5 million euros, half of the total business. On the postal service segment, Curiero is in direct competition with the Romanian Post Office and already has major companies such as Orange, UPC Astral, Quelle, BRD Leasing and BCR Leasing as its clients. Curiero has until now had the biggest share in the company, accounting for some 70% of its business.
