Government Communication Department was to launch yesterday morning a free-of-charge telephonic line for the public, as a new measure meant to improve the ties between citizens and authorities.
Through this "open line," the Prime Minister wishes to get acquainted with the problems faced by citizens, who can address a message, a question or a suggestion to the Government head.
The messages will be taken over by a team of experts within Communication Department for classification.
Subsequently, some of them will be answered by Prime Minister's advisors or by the Ministry in charge with that particular issue, depending on the case. ZF
