The National Programme for EU Accession (PNA), drawn by the Government for 2001-2004, for the first time has an appendix regarding the financing of objectives planned for meeting the accession criteria, Hildegard Puwak, European Integration minister, said on Monday.
PNA is structured in two volumes, comprising the measures taken in the field of economic, legislative, institutional and administrative reforms and includes a financial appendix.
The appendix is divided according to the 26 chapters of accession and regards the domestic financing (public funds) and foreign funds (both reimbursable and non-reimbursable) supporting every objective. Mediafax
