Shareholders of aluminium plant Alro Slatina, one of Romaniaa??s biggest companies, will convene to discuss filing charges against the former chairman of the company, Alexander Krasner. The General and the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders will take place on July 7, with the agenda also including discussion of the new company logo. Alro Slatina is controlled by Marco Industries and Conef companies, owners of almost 80% of its stock. Behind the two companies stands the Russian oligarch Vitali Matshisky. The former chairman of Alro Slatina, Alexander Krasner, and the former deputy chairman of the company, Peter Braun, have been feuding with Vitali Matshisky, which took over Alum Tulcea company. ZF
