Winemaker Tohani SA forecasts sales worth more than $5.5m this year, up 15% since 2002. According to the company's sales director, Vasile Sava, Tohani also aims to increase the share of exports. "Exports amounted to some 600,000 dollars last year, accounting for 12-15% of the total. We want exports to reach 20% of the total this year," Sava added. The company also aims to replant 50 hectares of vine and to invest three million euros (from Phare funds) to build a wine plant. ZF
