Flanco places its people in Flamingo

Shareholders of the group Flamingo International decided to change the membership of the Board of Directors once the transaction to acquire Flanco is completed. In January, Flamingo signed the agreement for the full acquisition of Flanco International SRL from Flanco Holding. The total value of the transaction will stand at some 37 million euros. The new Board of Directors includes Erik Hallgren, general manager of Oresa Ventures, Florin Antonescu, founder of Flanco, Brian Wardrop, associate of the investment fund DBG Eastern Europe, as well as Reveca Luminita Cinca. The Swedish investment company Oresa Ventures owns 65% in Flanco shares, the DBG Eastern Europe investment fund owns 20% of the capital, and Florin Andronescu owns a 15% stake in the company. The members who were removed from their positions and who are not present in the new structure of the Board of Directors are Anca Liana Barbu and Daniel Sobaru. Mediafax
