Nicolae Voiculescu (44), former head of the local division of Swiss pharmaceutical giant Novartis, has founded a healthcare consulting company, Link Resource, and announced on Monday a partnership with law firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP). "On the one hand, there are companies yet to be present on the market, which want to take this step, and on the other hand there are many which, despite identifying an interesting opportunity, have not had a partner with whom to develop a strategy. Of course, there is also the segment of big corporations, which are already present on the market, and which have problems ranging from portfolio strategies, to bringing a new product onto the market and withdrawing a product," said Nicolae Voiculescu, managing director of Link Resource, on his company's target clients.
