Packaging maker Greiner Romania estimates its two companies Greiner and Thrace Greiner will make 11 million euro turnover this year, up 20% from last year. The company's sales increased more than the overall plastic packaging market, 10-15%, due to the entry on niche market segments, such as production of 1 litre plastic buckets, Lucian Ocos, Greiner's marketing manager said. The company estimates to post 12.5 million euro turnover next year, up nearly 15%. More than 90% of the plastic bucket output of Greiner (an Austrian-held company), is used by the washable paint industry, with Kober, Policolor or Dyo as its main clients. The top clients in the foods sector are Danone, Friesland, Dorna, Royal Brinkers - the company that makes the Linco margarine or the Orkla group. ZF
