The executive management of Romexterra, the local branch of the German group Bayern LB, will be controlled by a board made up of three members, headed by the current chief executive of the bank Adrian Radu. Romexterra shareholders approved the reorganisation of the bank's management during a General Meeting. The executive management was separated from the Board of Directors (which consists of the shareholders' representatives). The bank's name was also changed, to MKB Romexterra in order to mark its affiliation with the group. This year, the whole bank will reorganise its operations, in order to meet the standards set by the Bayern LB group. "For MKB Romexterra Bank, the year 2007 marks a change in our working procedures, based on a project of harmonisation within MKB-Bayern LB structures, in order to meet as soon as possible, the standards of the group, which we are a part of," stated Adrian Radu, chief executive of the bank. Apart from Radu, the executive management also includes two executive vice-presidents - Magdalena Manea and Adrian Preda.
