Oradea-based Constructii Bihor, posted turnover worth 46 million RON (13.8 million euros) last year, up almost 45% against the preceding year. Constructii Bihor reported net profit worth 4.5 million euros last year, twice as high as in 2006, according to preliminary financial data sent to the RASDAQ market. Revenues saw an over two-fold increase last year, and reached 57 million RON, while expenditures went up 50% to 51.8 million RON. The company's majority shareholder is an individual, Vasile Ghilea, who holds 52.54% of shares. Shareholders also include STK Emergent fund - 25.01% and The State Assets Resolution Authority - 2.51%.
