Potato chips and snacks maker Intersnack Romania, a branch of the German company Intersnack, will start making chips in Brasov this spring, under an investment worth more than one million euros, part of a programme estimated at 3.5 million euros. The company's general manager Cristian Rey (photo), would not elaborate on the production capacity of the new plant, saying it has 200 employees. Intersnack posted sales exceeding 10 million euros in 2002, up 10% since the previous year. ZF
