Businessmen Nicolae and Ion Dusu in Constanta, who own hotels in Mamaia and Neptun resorts, as well as ACC producer Celco in Constanta have bought through OMB Grup Invest, the Covasna hotel in Neptun from Ovidiu Tender, for 5.2 million RON (1.2 million euros). Tender sold on Wednesday through Inter Center Service Timisoara a 96.6% stake in hotel operator Covasna Estival 2002 (CVAS), which holds Covasna hotel in Neptun. The shares were transferred in a transaction, at a price of 2.22 RON, i.e. 19.35% more than the price of the most recent such transfer, which occurred on December 23rd. The Covasna hotel in Neptun is rated as 2 stars and has 190 rooms.
