Rulmenti Barlad wants to establish a company that makes and sells ball bearings in India, and also increase the capital of its Turkish branch, as proposed by the Board of Directors to the shareholders. The operations will be analysed during the General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for July 3, according to the call to meeting sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. This is also when the shareholders will decide on how much Rulmenti Barlad will contribute to the establishment of a company in India. The shareholders could, on the other hand, approve taking out an investment loan to the sum of 2.5 million euros and the sale of some assets.
