The distribution for Suzuki cars and motorbikes in Romania will be controlled by the Magyar Suzuki Corporation as of this year, which will be the only entity representing the Japanese manufacturer on the Romanian market. Under the circumstances, RS Sara Motors and B&S Motors, which used to coordinate import, distribution and service activities for Suzuki on the domestic market, will get dealer status and be subordinated to Magyar Suzuki Corporation in every respect. "We remain partners, but as of now, every decision is being made by those in Hungary, the strategy will be devised in Japan and applied from Esztergom (the location of the Suzuki plant in Hungary). We will know for sure where things stand when the Suzuki officials come here," stated Razvan Sandru, general manager of RS Sara Motors, a company that will co-ordinate operations for Transylvania and Banat.
