Banca Comerciala Romana (Romanian Commercial Bank - BCR) grants five-year loans for natural persons for the purchase of Daewoo cars, the interest rate carried being 59 percent, depending on the market's evolution, shows the bank in a release sent to Ziarul Financiar. In order to obtain such a loan the applicant has to submit a deposit of at least 15 - 25 percent of the purchasing price and varying depending on the supplier. The deposit will be submitted directly to the seller into a personal account opened by BCR. The loan can be granted to any Romanian citizen resident in Romania, who is employed with a working contract for an undetermined period of time, has a certain and permanent monthly income that could cover the loan rates and the interest rates and has no outstanding debts. The reimbursement of the loan and the payment of the interest rate are guaranteed with the incomes of the applicant and their husband/wife and, according to the case, the incomes of one or two endorsers. The monthly rate should not be higher than half the net monthly incomes of the payers or lower than one fifth of the net monthly income of the borrower. The buyer has to sign an insurance contract with Asiban insurance company, through BCR, for the total value of the purchased good.
