Bergenbier beer brand, produced by Bergenbier SA - a companyheld by investment fund CVC Capital Partners, returns to thecompetition of beer brands that sponsor football competitions bysigning a four-year contract with the Professional FootballLeague.
The value of the contract is put by ZF at 4 to 5.5 millioneuros.
The brand will also go back to the colour yellow that madeBergenbier one of the top brands in the beer industry at the timewhen it was the main sponsor of the Romanian national footballteam. The decision to return to the colour yellow comes one yearafter the company's former owner - AB InBev - invested millions ofeuros in rebranding Bergenbier, and replacing yellow with red.
