Real estate developer Impact made 96.2 million RON (26.6 million euro) turnover in the first nine months of the year according to report filed with the CNVM (National Securities Commission). Turnover stood at some 15 million euros between January - September 2004. Operating revenues doubled from the same time last year, to 124.2 million RON (34.3 million euros). Impact turned over 153 homes in the first nine months, 125% more than in the corresponding period of 2004. Under the circumstances, the company''s net profit grew by 13% in euros, to 3.6 million euros (more than 13 million RON). Villa builder Impact entered the office building market as of this year, when it started construction works on the Construdava business centre in Pipera, set to be completed in the middle of next year. According to the company''s estimates, 35% of the building has already been rented. A few days ago, Impact announced it was preparing a 420 million euro project to build 5,000 housing units, commercial spaces and office buildings on a 100-hectare plot of land in the Baneasa area. ZF
