Financial Investment Company (SIF) Muntenia will distribute gross dividend of 420 ROL/share this year, up 12% from last year, according to Muntenia Invest chairman Teodor Mihaescu. Muntenia Invest manages the portfolio of the financial investment company. Today is the last day when investors can buy SIF Muntenia shares from the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) in order to benefit from the dividends. The company has several million shareholders. SIF Muntenia stock went up 2.6% yesterday, to 4,000 ROL per share, slightly below the record-high reported in February. SIF Muntenia's market capitalisation reached $100m yesterday at BSE. ZF
