BOS Automotive Products Romania SCS, a manufacturer of automotive components, has announced an expected turnover of 40 million euros for 2005, a 20% increase on last year. "After making a 14 million euro-turnover in 2003, our first year of manufacturing in Romania, our company achieved 33.6 million euros last year," said Gerardus Joris, general manager of BOS Automotive Romania. Investments by the parent group of the company had reached 17 million euros by the end of last year, with company officials considering a possible 40% expansion of production capacity depending on the changes on the international market. The company has manufacturing operations in Arad and sells all its products abroad. Its clients include some of the big names in the automotive industry: Renault, DaimlerChrysler, Ford, Volkswagen, BMW, Porsche, Opel, Audi, Toyota, Land Rover and Fiat. BOS Automotive Products Romania SCS was established in Arad in the Curtici Arad Free Zone in 2001 and is a subsidiary of BOS GmbH & Co.KG, which is based in Stuttgart, Germany. ZF
