The shares of Intercontinental Hotel Company, owner of the Bucharest-based Lido and Intercontinental, will start being traded on the Rasdaq market today, under the RCHI logo. The company's shares were traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange until March 10, on the tier of unlisted securities. The General Shareholders Meeting of Intercontinental Hotel Company (CHI) at the beginning of February decided to move the stock on the Rasdaq market. The company's chairman Viorel Paunescu then said Rasdaq was the best solution, as it was more transparent and liquid than the unlisted tier. ZF
